What It Is:
The Planning and Zoning Commission is a seven member, volunteer Board appointed by the City Council and comprised of residents of the City of Bee Cave and its Extraterritorial Jurisdiction. Commissioner's terms run concurrently with their respective appointing Councilperson's terms.

What They Do:
The Commission is a recommending body to the City Council on planning issues, including zoning, platting, site plan review, sign variance applications, ordinance amendments and related matters. They provide guidance on responsible land use development through adherence to the principals of the Comprehensive Plan and administration of the Zoning, Subdivision and Signage Regulations. When They Meet:
The Planning and Zoning Commission meets on the first and third Tuesday of each month at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall, located at 4000 Galleria Parkway, Bee Cave, Texas 78738.
